Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Digital Revo AI’s Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Use of services
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
  • You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws.
  • Unauthorized use of the Platform, including reverse engineering or reselling services, is strictly prohibited.
2. Account responsibilities
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
3. Payment and Subscription
  • By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • We may modify subscription pricing with prior notice.
  • Due to limited slot, when your subscription is over and you do not re-subscribe it in 3 days, we will remove your account from our database that will cause all the chat history in your account to disappear.
4. Intellectual property
  • All content on the Platform, including software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Digital Revo AI or its licensors.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
  • Unauthorized use or duplication of our intellectual property is prohibited.
5. User content
  • You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform.
  • By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for service delivery and improvement.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate the rights of others.
6. Limitation of liability
  • The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Termination
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion for violations of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, you must cease using the Platform and delete any copies of our materials.
8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

For RevoAI, all usage limits and regulations are subject to change. Any updates will be announced via the Threads app
