Who we are

Digital Revo is a design and development studio based in South Tangerang, Indonesia. We create websites, web applications, UI/UX design and practical AI automation for clients. This notice covers digitalrevo.id, its contact form and its website assistant. A client project may have a separate agreement and privacy terms for data handled on that client’s behalf.

Information we collect

When you send a project inquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, company, email address or WhatsApp number, preferred reply channel, selected services, project goals, features, existing tools, links, budget, timeline and reply language. We also record the submission time, the page that led to your inquiry, the consent wording you accepted, and a salted hash of your connection address for abuse prevention. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive personal information in a brief.

When you browse the site, we record a daily visit using a salted connection hash, the landing page and an approximate country supplied by the hosting network. We do not store your raw connection address in this visit counter. Your browser also uses session storage to avoid sending repeated visit counts.

If you use the optional AI assistant, your messages and the relevant conversation history are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. We do not save chat message text in our database. We keep aggregate assistant event counts and temporary connection-based rate-limit records. If you copy a summary into the inquiry form and submit it, that summary becomes part of your inquiry.

How we use it

• To read your inquiry, contact you through your selected channel, clarify the scope and prepare a proposal or quotation for human review.
• To create an internal AI-assisted draft from the project details you provide. The draft does not set prices or send a proposal automatically; a person reviews it first.
• To answer questions through the website assistant, measure basic site and assistant usage, and protect the services from spam or abuse.
• To keep records needed to manage our relationship, respond to requests and meet applicable legal obligations.

We use your form consent to handle an inquiry and prepare a proposal. Other processing may be needed to provide requested services, protect the site or meet legal obligations, as permitted by applicable law. We do not sell your personal information.

Who receives information

Authorized Digital Revo team members can access inquiries and internal drafts. Our service providers may process data for us: Supabase for the private database and staff sign-in, Vercel for hosting and request delivery, Resend for inquiry notifications when enabled, and Anthropic for AI assistant replies and internal proposal drafting when enabled. An inquiry notification may include your name, contact channel and project summary. For internal AI drafting, we send project details but exclude the separate name and contact fields.

If you contact us through email or WhatsApp, those providers also handle the message under their own terms. The service providers listed above may process information outside Indonesia. We limit team access to what is needed for these purposes and may disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights.

Cookies, storage and retention

We use a first-party landing-page cookie for up to 30 days so an inquiry can be attributed to the page that brought you here. The site uses session storage to count a visit once per browser session and local storage to avoid replaying the home-page introduction for four hours. Staff sign-in uses authentication cookies. These are for site operation and basic measurement; this site does not currently run advertising cookies.

We keep inquiry records and related proposals while needed to respond, manage a potential or active client relationship, and meet legal or recordkeeping needs. You can request deletion as described below; some records may need to be kept where law or a valid legal claim requires it. Assistant rate-limit entries older than two days are cleared during subsequent rate-limit operations. AI chat text is not saved in our database, although the AI provider may handle requests under its own retention terms.

Your choices and rights

You can choose not to submit the form or use the assistant and contact us directly instead. You may ask us to explain the data we hold about you, provide access, correct inaccurate information, withdraw consent, or delete information where applicable. Send your request to inquiries@digitalrevo.id; we may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting. Some records may need to be retained where law or a valid legal claim requires it.

Security and changes

We restrict access to private inquiry records and use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service is completely secure. If our practices change, we will update this page and its date. Material changes to how we handle an active inquiry will be communicated where required.
